At Castello Pyace, we proudly delivered a fully completed private residential project (0–
100) at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai—one of the region’s most iconic ultra-luxury destinations.
In this project, we acted as a building material clinic, taking full responsibility for the
selection and supply of interior materials. Every stage—from specification to final
delivery—was handled with precision and in close coordination with the design and
execution teams.
All materials were carefully sourced from the most reputable Italian brands, including:

• • High-end parquet and flooring systems
• • Luxury sanitary ware
• • Bespoke interior finishes and detailing
Each element was selected to reflect an ultra-luxury, cohesive, and refined living
environment, aligned with the project’s design vision.
